The apartment is on the 8th floor of a large building
located virtually on the sea. Formerly, this was a great hotel, nowadays, it
has individual apartments that have superb views of the sea and the entire
northern coast of the island of Tenerife.
We offer 80 square meters distributed as follows:
ENTRANCE: A corridor takes us into the intimate, quiet
space of the apartment
LOUNGE: Comfortable, cozy, bright, spacious ... It has
a sofa, a corner table with TV, DVD, a selection of movies and games and a mini
weather station. One of the sofas is a double bed with a single bed on the
bottom. There is also a coffee table.
TERRACE ROOM: With all the privacy offered by the
ocean, it has very broad view and has table and chairs to enjoy nice meals over
the sea.
BEDROOM: It is a large room with amazing views over
the north coast of Tenerife. It has a comfortable king-size bed, accompanied by
their bedside tables and lamps. It also has a small gym and library corner.
BEDROOM TERRACE: A beautiful terrace with two sunbeds.
It is ideal for sunbathing and reading or just relaxing while enjoying
wonderful views lulled by the sound of the sea.
DINING CORNER: This is a small and cozy place situated
between the living room and kitchen. It has a large table and four comfortable
chairs with a decorative fruit bowl.
KITCHEN: This is a very handy and fully equipped kitchenette
with all necessary items for use: microwave-grill, fridge-freezer, freezer,
coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, electric kettle, hob.. .
SHOWER ROOM: New, modern, comfortable, clean,
convenient. It has enclosed shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
